In wicca alot of it has to do with your appreciation to it and your love for it as well. To love wicca you need to understand it and for me it took many years and i still do not understand it.
Wicca also has to do with nature, and finding peace and harmony with not only the world around you, but within yourself.. I myself am not yet at peace within, but i'm working on it....

laurannia here...well now I know some of you are probably wodnering, how did you get started? I was lucky enough to be born into magic. I have always been able to sense spirits, and have gotten visions since I was very little. Although I did not know there was a religion based on these things, and the love of nature, I knew I was special. Then I meet Mistlyn..and she helped me to increase my powers, and discover more about myself. So, if you have powers, or you are just looking for an alternative religion, wicca may be for you! I got started the day i was born i just did not realize what an honor it was to be like this untill about 5 years ago when i met laura she helped me in many ways like with love and and apprication she will argue the fact that i helped her but i thinkit is the other way around.. ne ways i discovered that my ability was to see the past present and future. It is hard for me still to understand some of the things i see but it is getting better. I had to learn to read the signs and go with the flow of things before i could get a vision. ( in other words concentratte on what you want to see.) some times it is hard but we all need to over come that and move on in life.
